海德堡購(gòu)買印尼水泥公司債權(quán)

海德堡水泥公司是德國(guó)最大的水泥生產(chǎn)商，該公司將收購(gòu)購(gòu)印度尼西亞PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa公司1.5億美金債權(quán)，以幫助加強(qiáng)其在印度尼西亞公司的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作。
海德堡的附屬公司HC Finance BV公司在下個(gè)月底將向有關(guān)的債權(quán)人出價(jià)購(gòu)買。Indocement公司2月23號(hào)將向董事會(huì)申請(qǐng)批準(zhǔn)這項(xiàng)計(jì)劃。

HeidelbergCement AG, Germany's biggest cement maker, will buy $150 million of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa's debt, aiding a refinancing effort at its Indonesian unit.
HC Finance BV, a fully owned unit of HeidelbergCement, will make an offer to purchase the debt from creditors before the end of next month, Indocement said in an advertisement published in Bisnis Indonesia and the Jakarta Post newspapers. Indocement will ask shareholders to approve the plan on Feb. 23.
